“Here are more tips on how to use Facebook’s new feature, Facebook Live, to your advantage.”
Another great feature of Facebook Live, is to use it to get testimonials. Mainly, to learn about the experience of individuals who use your product or your services. We will not ask them to give us a testimonial, instead we ask them to talk about the services of our business. And to talk about themselves.
These are all great question to ask your customers, and using Facebook Live will result in a high level of credibility, because it is presented and view live by your customers and audience. This also works as a built-in promotional strategy , because you can download video from the live feed.Next offer an incentive, gift card, gift certificate, a coaching call, etc. As apart of participating in your live event.
