“What do you do when you want to go on vacation and your Facebook strategies need to keep on moving?”

In this episode, Kim talks about being able to have a balance of work, life, family and talking time off to enjoy. Kim shares some tips on what you can do you keep up with your social media content, while you vacation. So how do you engage someone in order to manage your social media, so you can be completely separate.

Here are a few tips to do just that!

Come up with some guidelines from things to rely to.

Come up with a list of commonly asked questions, and answer them accordingly.

Make a list of emergency situations, and when they should contact you, to ask how to rely or what to say, or text message you.

Schedule your post ahead of time so you don’t have worry about it, using Facebook scheduler, Edgar, or Hootsuite.

Importantly, do a trial day with your assistant, while your still accessible, before your go on leave or vacation.

Use services like Jiang can do screen sharing, voice overs and video training.  Basecamp is a project management tool you can use to create templates, task list, and scheduling. This is a great tool to communicate with your employees and Virtual Assistant, or help.
