In this episode, Kim talks about how to be inspire by other people’s content in a way that makes yours better. It is ok to be inspired by the greats, but you don’t ever want to plagiarize other people’s content.
Here are a few tips to curate content:
- To curate content is to select content, organize it content, and present it for your particular audience. Make sure to let them know why your are sharing this content.
- Give an introduction to this curated content.
Facebook is great to use when searching and sharing content.
Here are some things to remember:
- When you find content you don't have to share right away from your page.
- Maybe you just posted something?
- Maybe you know it is not a great time or day for your audience?
- When using Facebook you can saves links to the content by right clicking and selecting Save Link.
- This gives you a selection you can use later.
- These pieced of content are saved in your Facebook account, under Favorites, and under “Saved”
- When you are ready, you can return to this saved content, and share from your page or schedule it!
- Another Tip! Share quotes from a great book using the schedule tool as well. This is another great way to share book quotes in on Facebook!
