- Once the lead hits our system, we can start by sending the video link.
- Next, we can then trigger some automation based on the answer they provided in the question that we asked in the lead-out.
- If they said YES (they want to talk to an advisor) then we send an outbound call immediately.

- If it’s a MAYBE, then we will wait for them to watch the video.
- If they didn’t click the link, then we will wait 3 days, and then call to follow-up.
- This helps us to be as productive as we can be.
