“Facebook releases new tools for managing communication on your page!”

What are the new controls?
- Starting this month all pages with be able to set the average time is takes to reply to messages. Admins can now show publicly how long it takes for them to respond to their audience, fans, or customers.
- This new feature is design to give admins more control and flexibility to use their page as a communication channel.
- Next, page responds time will now show in Messenger threads.
- You can now set your page’s messaging status to AWAY, so people to you’re unavailable to respond. When you are set to AWAY, your page will not be counted as unresponsive.
- You can now set away messages in instant relies, functions like an auto responder.
- Another in update is a redesigned inbox that will provide more information about a person’s past interaction with your page, as well as other information they share publicly.
- Admins can now tag conversations so they are easier to find and respond to later.
- There is also a new tool to view the page activity, such as comments. This is also an easier way to track, keep comments, and respond to them instantly. Also, you will be able to flag and mark comments to future or instantly response.
