“How do you say thanks on Facebook?”

In this episode, Kim shares with us how to say thank you to your customers and fans, on the Facebook platform. 

Here are a few great ideas!

  • Feature your fans in your cover photo -  Feature a testimonial to build trusts, or Do a fan of the week, and share why they won.
  • Thank a fan or a customer of the week -  Show them with a  prize in the caption of the cover photo, talk about the posts.
  • Share publicly that they are getting a prize, so other can do the same.
  • Write a message back to your fan or customer. Your customer will appreciate the time you took to write back, instead of simply clicking the Like button. 
  • Thank your fans for comments in your on going content.
