“How to respond to social media comments on Facebook”

If you receive positive comments - you still have to respond to them. Kim suggests, liking the post, thank them for the comment, and give feedback, and encourage more engaging activity.

If you get a negative comment - thank them for the feedback, ask them to private message their contact information. This opens a direct message to resolve issues. Once you are off line discuss a resolution to the problem. Do not delete the comment, useless it is really vulgar. Make your to follow up one social media posts that the problem was resolved.
