100% in view impressions, this is great for advertisers so they can purchase or pay for an ads, only where the entire ad will pass through the person’s screen and or news feed. So if part of your ads show, it does not count. This is a new for all types of ads including, Text, Photo, Links, and Video. This great because you will not be charged for the ad unless the whole ad is in view.
