Facebook Sales Strategies | Episode 84

"Supplies are Limited!"

In this episode, Kim talks about scarcity and limited time offers, in order to increase the response rate on your social media posts. First, allowing the users to do what they want in hopes that they do exactly what you need them to do, is not a strategy. Here are a few points for your to examine.

Scripting the behavior of your prospects

  • Being specific with them will give you results, for example "CLICK HERE NOW!"
  • If you don't spell it out you’re going to decrease your results.
  • Use those very specific words of the actions you want your prospects to do.

Using Scarcity or Limited Offers

  • Give them a reason why they need to get it now!
  • It is a limited quality or limited offer?
  • 100 percent of the time a limited time offer performs better then a regular open ended offer.
  • Let your customer know if there are any kinds of qualifications. For example, income level, education level, etc.

Facebook Sales Strategies | Episode 83

"How about some Facebook inspiration to create that next batch of posts."

In this episode, Kim talks about how to be inspire by other people’s content in a way that makes yours better.   It is ok to be inspired by the greats, but you don’t ever want to plagiarize other people’s content.

Here are a few tips to curate content:

  • To curate content is to select content, organize it content, and present it for your particular audience. Make sure to let them know why your are sharing this content.
  • Give an introduction to this curated content.

Facebook is great to use when searching and sharing content.

Here are some things to remember:

  • When you find content you don't have to share right away from your page.
  • Maybe you just posted something?
  • Maybe you know it is not a great time or day for your audience?
  • When using Facebook you can saves links to the content by right clicking and selecting Save Link
  • This gives you a selection you can use later.
  • These pieced of content are saved in your Facebook account, under Favorites, and under  “Saved”
  • When you are ready, you can return to this saved content, and share from your page or schedule it!
  • Another Tip! Share quotes from a great book using the schedule tool as well. This is another great way to share book quotes in on Facebook!

Facebook Sales Strategies | Episode 82

"How to use Facebook groups in order in engage your current customers and increase their sales."

In this episode, Kim talks about using Facebook groups to engage your customers and new fans, and increase sales.

Here are a few tips how to set up Facebook groups:

1.Go to facebook.com/groups

2.Make sure your cover photo is really all about your audience. This is often depicts the overall transformative value to your audience. This image is not about the product or service, but foremost about the people who use the product of service. (Kim gives a better definition/example at 1:31 time stamp)

3. In your description of the product or service, make sure your say, who this is for and what they will get out of being a member of your Facebook group.

4. Make sure to welcome people as they join.

5. As people join ask who they are and how long will have they been involved. This will allow them to offer a bit of information about themselves to help build a conversation starter. This is a great way to start dialog that will help them to join.

6. Next, offer an incentive when they join the group. Give them to details and benefits in joining the group with a deadline to signup.  This is a great way to build constant engagement and conversations between customers who have incredible things to say about the product.

7. Later on you can pull the comments and content out of the group comments and use it as  future post and trust building content.  This opens up the possibility to reaching to the customer base and find those who want to serve as ambassadors
